If your staff has never had any type of formal training, and are mostly under the age of 40, this is a great training to start with. This training focuses on phone etiquette, proper attire for the business, how to properly engage with clients via text, email and/or in performance skills, and any specifics from the leadership team. Cost is per staff person.

This introduction to exception customer service is for groups of 20 or less and best for team members engaged in front desk work, phone work, scheduling appointments, handling customer questions, directing customers to the correct person, inside sales and customer service persons. Team members who thrive with this training are fresh out of school, working their first or second entry level position and leadership is wanting to groom them to not only be the best for their customers, but discover skills that may be used for advancement into sales or management positions in the future.
