Secret Shop Service
$275.00

This service provides 1-2 visits at various times/days to observe what it’s like to engage with the business. A consultant calls or visits the business, inquires about products/services, attempts to purchase or does purchase, and prepares a report about the experience. Depending on the initial call with the business, several points will be investigated such as greeting, knowledge, professionalism, sales ability, customer service standard, upsell capability, etc.

On Site Customer Service Training
$150.00

This service is offered for business looking for an entry level introduction to staff about best customer service practices. If your staff has never had any type of formal training, and are mostly under the age of 40, this is a great training to start with. This training focuses on phone etiquette, proper attire for the business, how to properly engage with clients via text, email and/or in performance skills, and any specifics from the leadership team. Cost is per staff person.

Business Coaching 1-1
$175.00

When you are ready to conduct a deep dive into the workings of your specific business, we can provide individual coaching services. This is great for the business owner that has simply drifted off course, has grown faster than predicted, or loves the work but isn’t great at handling the business aspects such as book keeping, hiring, marketing etc. Maybe none of this describes exactly where you’re at, but you just want to speak with us directly to discuss your situation. These calls can vary in price and packages and hourly will be discussed on the first call. The initial call is 45 minutes for $175.00. I f you prefer, just an introduction to who we are, please contact us via the form on our About page. There is no charge for this call.
